Tagged: authentication, new API, paypal, webhooks
Hello everyone,
I am trying to create new API paypal buttons. Everything works great in sandbox – I can create the buttons and the webhooks and everything works great. When I try to generate the LIVE webhooks however, I receive the error “Client Authentication failed: null”.
I’ve created a new live app in Paypal and the issue remains the same. Sandbox always works however, and legacy/old paypal buttons also work fine. It’s just the new API buttons.
Any idea on this error? I can’t find it anywhere in the documentation, and the keys from Paypal I am using are definitely correct. Thanks!
Have you tried adding the property mode set to “live” ?
I’m getting the exact same error. How do you set property mode to “live”? I’ve unchecked the “Enable Sandbox or Test Mode” setting. Is that what you mean?
Is there a way to manually input the webhook?
