ParticipantIs there a way that I can get payment URL instead of button shortcodes.
I am planing to make a pricing table with my theme short codes. But it is not accepting short code as button URL. Is there a way to get URL of particular membership button shortcodes?

ParticipantHi,
just create a payment button for each specific membership and embed the shortcodes for each button on a test page.
save the page and visit it.
on each button: right-click and copy the link.
Then use the copied link in your pricing table.
Repeat for each button.
When you’re finished, delete the test page with the buttons, as you won’t need it anymore.January 19, 2016 at 11:50 pm #4928mbrsolution
Moderator@vkspec I tested your instructions and created a new button using the plugins Create New Button under Payments. But you can’t right click on a button and get a link. What method did you use to get the link?
Thank you

Participanthi,
my bad.
My buttons are actually paypal links (created using paypal’s button creation tool: I chose the email link instead of a graphical button).
Then, right-click + copy link does work.with smp buttons, it’s more complicated as you need to pass additional info to your link.

Moderator@vkspec that is what I thought. There are instructions to create a PayPal button but the developers say it is best to use the plugins button creation function that way there is always more control between the plugin and PayPal.

I agree. But I prefer a link with my own theme’s buttons (or linked text, it depends of the context).January 22, 2016 at 12:11 pm #4977harsh.khatri10
ParticipantSorry,
I still didn’t get how to get the link instead of shortcodes. I can not use shortcode as a link with pricing table plugin.
Please help.
Thanks in advance.

Moderator@harsh.khatri10, follow these instructions to create your PayPal button. Then follow the steps above suggested by @vkspec.

Moderator@harsh.khatri10, if the above steps don’t work for you, when you create the PayPal button there is an Email tab. Click on that tab and use that code. You should be able to copy and past that code into your Table button field.

ParticipantResurrecting an old thread, but I am having the same problem. I am trying to build a Pricing Table using a plugin, and the pricing table will not accept the Paypal button shortcode. I have set up a subscription button and tried to place that button on a test page, but when I right click it I don not have a selection to see the address the button directs to. If I click on the button it takes me to Paypal, but the link in the address bar is generic so I can’t simply copy that and paste it into the pricing table.
Is there another way to get the URL that a subscription button goes to?

Moderator@Jeremy, unfortunately we don’t have any addons for pricing table plugins. The method mentioned above is the only method currently available.
Kind regards
