    Did you, and the the member, receive a set or emails directly from PayPal; acknowledging the transaction?

    If both of you received your PayPal emails; it might the IPN was not properly configured. Please enable the debug logs; and ensure that IPN have been properly configured:

    Paypal says “You must enter a properly formatted URL into the Notification URL field in order to activate Instant Payment Notification.” It cannot be left blank as per the instructions

    Okay, I see it says use home base URL. I’m now checking the UTF8.
