How do members update their payment information before renewal dates?

Are you talking about your members updating new credit card details in their PayPal account? If you are, the members need to update their PayPal account details before the renewal date. The plugin keeps charging the same PayPal account with the updated details. Remember the plugin is linked to the PayPal e-mail address.

I failed to mention that we are using stripe, and would like to know how we can add a phone number field to the stripe.

Sorry for the confusion again, I meant to ask in this thread on how members can update their payment information for stripe in this plugin. Or would they have to log into a stripe account?

They would need to log into their Stripe account:

1. SWPM does not maintain any member card information.
    
2. The charges originate on the Stripe end. SWPM just takes action based on the success/failure of the charge attempt.

I know that Stripe has “custom” form checkout options. Seems that we should be able to utilize that with the form builder so we can have 1 form to capture all the user info and the payment info?
