For a PayPal button:

Great…

1. Is it possible to open Stripe payment in new tab too?

2. Is there any way to open PayPal and Stripe inside popup?

The “new_window” shortcode parameter is supported in all of the SWPM payment types.

Popups are not supported, because clicking the button immediately transfers you to the payment gateway site.
