Paying at the same time as registering

Hello

I have a client that wants (and has) a subscription site live (https://fitness-warriorz.com)… She’s largely happy with the site – however, lots of customers are getting confused on sign up, here’s the sign up journey:

1. See the price list, Free or Paid membership.
2. When they go to register, they have to sign up for a free membership.
3. They then need to log in, and go to an ‘Upgrade’ page which holds a payment (PayPal) button.
4. When they upgrade, they then have to go to PayPal to register for the recurring subscription.

The challenge is… Customers are getting confused. They want to register and pay as part of the same ‘transaction’. Ideally, I’d be able to put a registration form together that ends with a ‘Subscribe now’ button, which takes the user straight to PayPal to pay.

Is this option available?

I have spotted that they can register as a Paid user right away – but this doesn’t require payment for them to register at this level…

Any thoughts appreciated please!
