When users try and reset their password (something they have to do on this particular site) the passwords they are using are being allowed (too weak).
This message shows: “ERROR: Please make the password a strong one”
The users are using passwords that are accepted everywhere else, yet through the plugin they are not able to use them.
How can we resolve this?
Regards
Hi, how are your users resetting their password? For example are they changing their password in their membership profile? Or is it before they log in that they have to change or reset their password?
Hi, there was a plugin forcing a strong password. However, how do we remove the need to click the ‘Confirm use of weak password’ button?
Thanks
Hi, you are referring to the WordPress Users -> Profile password setting. That feature belongs to WordPress. This plugin does not control the Confirm Password setting under Users -> Profile in WordPress.
