Password reset sends no link to password change

Hi

This reset password email should be sending a link that the user with the lost password can click on, to go to a safe place for entering a new password. When I try it, no link is sent, just the text I put in the config settings while setting up SWMP. The email arrives okay – it just isn’t any use!

Have searched the documentation and tried to search this forum, but no luck.

OK, I did that, but nothing is in the logfile except:

[07/07/2015 7:54 AM] – SUCCESS : Log file reset

Might this be because I am currently using a subdomain of a published website for the dev and testing of this new site? My dev/test site is at http://mclan.ch/tempo-iwcn, where mclan.ch is already an up-and-running site.

Hi again

I fixed this – had to go through the documentation in detail because I had made some assumptions that were not true! It works fine now.

If there is a RESOLVED button to close this thread, I can’t find it.
