Password Reset – Password Empty or Invalid

Hi,

My users for my website are forgetting their passwords on an amazing scale – up until now ive been supplying a new one manually but im bored now. They have all told me that the ‘password reset’ allows them to enter their email address and they get the message ‘a new password has been emailed’.

The problem is that the new password they have received doesn’t work when entering it into the log in form. The message always is ‘Password empty or Invalid’

Can anyone help please?

Can someone please help with this issue? it should be a simple task to edit your password but people cant.

Hi, can you carry out a test. Create a test account, then reset the password. After can you test to see if the new password works for you?
