password reset notification email not sent

Hi,

The site we have developed was hosted on a development server and all the functions of the Simple Membership Plugin functioned well.

After migrating the site on the new server (production server) everything on the site works well, and Simple Membership Plugin works as well except the Password Reset function, the email with the newly generated password is not sent.

When setting up new account the notification email is being sent without any problem though.

What could be the problem that affects only the Password Reset notification but not other email notifications being send?
