I use Simple Membership on my website http://www.growchiswick.org. A member of the site contacted me today to say that he isn’t getting password reset emails. I asked a friend to reset hers to see if she got an email – she didn’t and it isn’t in the spam folder. The emails are set to be sent from editor@growchiswick.org and she gets other emails from this address OK.
The debug log says that they are being sent – please can you help? Thank you.

Are you using the same SMTP server that came with your hosting package?
Yes I am.
Have you personally tried resetting YOUR own password?
Also, please ensure the reset email is properly configured:

Yes – it doesn’t work.
I’m not sure from this whether it is properly configured or not! Here is what I’ve put in:
Dear {first_name} {last_name}
Here is your new password
User name: {user_name}
Password: {password}
Thank You
Are you telling me I ought to install this extra plug-in?
Thank you again for your help.
There may or may not be a conflict, because the SWPM Member password is also the WP User password. Try it and see.
Thanks. I don’t really understand what you mean about possible conflict between the 2 different passwords as I don’t maintain the website using the same username as I use on SWPM. As I’m going to be away from my computer for the next couple of weeks, I think I’ll leave it for the moment. Any further advice you have would be gratefully received!
