Password Reset doesn't send email

I have tested many times with various emails. the plugin says to look in your mailbox for new password but it never comes. I have turned off all other plugins to check for a conflict…nothing.

Please enable the debug logging feature in the plugin. Then do a test and share a link to your password reset page so I can check.

More erratic behavior.
debug mode is on.
I tested a couple of times. The first time, I got the password reset email but that password didn’t work. I tested again and never got the second password reset email.

When you copied the password from the email, did you make sure you didn’t copy extra space characters? Sometimes when select text to copy, you can accidentally copy extra space characters.
