parent of default pages

I have seen that the plugin does not work properly because I had to re-create all default pages. I used these documentation https://simple-membership-plugin.com/recreating-required-pages-simple-membership-plugin/ but I could not find any info about the parent page I have to assign. What is the parent for each default plugin page? Thank you very much for your kind help
