    I am missing Page Setup and URL Related settings. They are shown in the settings but they are not visible as pages. I did install this plug in a few days ago and deactivated it. After deactivating it I deletes these pages however after reinstalling the plug in, these pages did not get populated.

    please look at the documentation section to create these pages

    I got it up and running, but curious as to why when I deactivated and reloaded these pages didn’t get recreated.
