Open protected content to admins without adding access level

Hi, I need site admins to have access to protected pages without having to create an access level. Our client is going to be assigning access levels to users who sign up but for security reasons we don’t want them to have have and admin level created so they don’t accidentally assign it to a client. Is it possible to have current admin users access protected content this way?
