Notification of New Member Registration

I want to get all the fields of my form (made by premium plugin Formbuilder) into this email, but I understand that there is a restriction in it! For instande: I cannot get the adress fields or gender fields into the email message!
Another possibility is that this very form is somehow ‘printed’ and then sent as this notification to the member administerator!
