Notice of New Member Registration – Blank Admin Email

Every hour (sometimes 4 in an hour) I receive an email notifying me of a new member registration.
There are no new members and the emails all have blank Usernames & Emails.

I have been using the plugin for over 2 years and it just started happening.
Any suggestions?

Hi, this is probably due to spam emails. Please use one of the following options to reduce and or prevent spamming in your registration forms.

I’m also going to recommend that you turn on the debug logs… and perhaps as a precaution, change your admin passwords.

Thank you everyone for your help. I added the ReCaptcha and the extra blank emails immediately stopped.
