Not able to Create Member After Payment success in Live Mode

currently, Live mode is enabled, and the payment process working fine, but after payment on thank you page I am not able to get the registration link because a member has not been created.

Hi, can you enable debug log and then carry out a test. Once the test is completed please share the debug log information here.
