Hi. My customer who paid in PayPal were added to the system. The debug log shows that the email was successfully sent, but the customer did not receive an email.
what can we do?
Hi, can you ask your customer to check his/her spam box. Sometimes e-mails are delivered to the spam box instead of the inbox.
Hi, the email wasn’t sent to the spam box either.
I’m afraid maybe something in my email settings isn’t good.

In the email settings in the plugin, I entered the email as follows:<firstname.lastname@example.org>
Hi, please try the following troubleshooting steps email-sending-issue-on-your-site.

When you entered the information into your settings, are you using UTF-8 as the character set?
How and where do I configure UTF-8?
Ask your hosting provider to tell you if the database used with your WordPress installation is using UTF-8.
The Bluehost Support answer:
Thank you for validating.
I checked with the admins and they confirmed that UTF-8 is enabled by default.
Another answer from Bluehost:
I see that email firstname.lastname@example.org works fine from the server end. So there is some configuration issue on the plugins that is causing the issue
And they are right. I also have a simple form on my site and from there the emails are successfully sent.
Why does this string: ג€ג€¬ appear after the email? It is considered normal?
Also, I deleted and reinstalled the plugin but it still doesn’t work.
I need your response as soon as possible.
If I can’t fix it, I’ll have to choose another plugin and I don’t want to do it 🙁
