New Subscribers Cannot Set Username or Password

I’ve been having a growing problem since I’ve put my website into production with Simple Membership not allowing users to set their username and password. Once they make the payment, they get the email with a link for setting a username and password, but clicking on the link simply sends them to the subscribe page which has no options for setting the username and password.

I found the problem. The registration URL was incorrect.
