    Hy,
I’m testing my paypal buy now button. The payment arrives to my paypal account, but it wont appear in the plugins payments section and no new user is created, therefore no email is sent. I read the debug file, it says: “FAILURE: Error! Failed to insert a new member record. This request will fail.” Everything else succeeds.
    What can be the problem?
    thanks!!

    debug file:

Hi, are you also running Form Builder add-on?

Are you running a live mode test or a Sandbox test?

    Hi,
no, the only add-on I have installed is the custom messages add-on. And I am not in sandbox mode, actually, I’ve already lauched my page, but this error occured again. I had a succesful payment also from a different paypal account. What could be the problem? Your help is appreciated!

What method did you use to create the PayPal payment button? The log file above says you used membership level ID:2 for this transaction, how many membership levels do you have?

I have the plugin for over a year and it was woeking fine. Since February I have the same problem. Didn’t make any changes on my site. I updated the plugin to the latest version but that didn’t help either.
Is the problem in the new version?
    Thanks

@meitan, can you enable Debug mode then carry out another test. Then check the log file and report back.

    Thank you
