Need to remove few things from registration form

Hi,

I am using a shortcode [swpm_registration_form level=2] for my custom registration page, I need to remove words “Verification” and the “Membership level” name from the form. Tried “views” folder, add.php, join-up.php, even the language .pot file, still cant find it.
I also tried custom css class in form builder to hide the field text but it works on fields and not on title text.

Also, somehow “terms and conditions” and “privacy” don’t show up at registration form, even though they’re enabled in settings.

I think your best option is to use the Form Builder addon.

So..how do I get rid of word “Verification” and the membership level name in the form? Thx
