Multiple memberships from one email

I offer lessons, often I have a family registering, so one parents and children but only the parent has an email. Is there a way I can have a membership offer additional people and price it accordingly.
1 child = $300
Father and child = $600
Mother and two children = $900

with each only requiring one email as young children wont have an email and I’m not comfortable asking for one.

Each SWPM “member” must have their own unique email address. The reason not only has to do with SWPM, but the way many payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) operate.

If families have Gmail accounts; they can use Gmail aliases, like this:
1. SmithFamily@gmail.com
2. SmithFamily+Dad@gmail.com
3. SmithFamily+Son@Gmail.com
4. SmithFamily+Daughter@gmail.com
Email sent to each of the accounts, gets placed in the main SmithFamily@gmail.com inbox. But to SWPM, PayPal, Stripe, Etc., they look like unique email addresses.
