Multiple free levels?

Hello.

This one has stumped me for several days:

I have a few pages & videos protected (sign up for free account to view), and want those who sign up to check a box for which group they are part of. Depending on which group they click on, their name and email needs to go to a MailChimp list for that group. (I also installed your Mailchimp plugin.

Right now I can only have one level for free membership. I need more – with connections to Mailchimp.

Does your Form Builder do this?
