Mobile menu not working with Dynamic Menus plugin

I have a site with the theme Genesis Parallax Pro.

After I installed and activated the Simple Membership Dynamic Menus plugin, when a member is logged in, the site’s menu works fine on desktop or tablet, but on a mobile phone the menu does not work (will not drop down). After the member logs out, the mobile menu works again.

After deactivating the plugin, the issue does not occur.
