ParticipantUser import stopped adding new activated users to the page. I have to put the users name in the search engine to add them to a membership group.

ModeratorHi, did you check to make sure the user did not already exist as a member?
Can you carry out a test and add a new WordPress user. Then import the WordPress user. What happens when you carry out this action?
Regards

ParticipantMy version of Simple Membership WP User Import is 1.5
Simple WordPress Membership Ver. 3.5.7
Yes I am sure users are not already members. The user import ID #s stop at 303 and I have since added 7 more members and of course the last addition was user ID 310.
In order for users names to show up at all in user import I have to enter their activated name in the search window and choose the option to import, but the imported user does not show on my wp-admin/admin.php?page=swpm-wp-import page
I would post a screen shot but you don’t have an upload optionOctober 19, 2017 at 1:08 pm #12210mbrsolution
ModeratorThank you for sharing the extra information. I have submitted a message to the plugin developers to investigate this issue further.
Kind regards

KeymasterMaybe the pagination is missing. Do you actually see any pagination in that import interface? Something that you can use to go to the next page to view additional records?

KeymasterI can’t reproduce the issue so I can’t see anything wrong with the addon. Something specific to your site is messing it up. I can jump on your site and investigate but that will have to be done as a premium support:

ParticipantI wonder if you need to increase the timeout settings on your php?
Just a thought.
