Messages only to inactive accounts

Hi,

I am trying to show messages only to inactive status’ accounts on the profile page or other pages after members have canceled their subscriptions.

I found ways to show messages only to expired accounts but I couldn’t find out how to do it for inactive members.

Would you know of any php code or shortcode to show messages to this group?
