    Hello:

    I’ve set up a site with a free membership, but when I paste the code for the registration code into the registration page, I get the message that my membership level is not found. Why does this occur?

    Hi, did you by any chance installed the Form Builder add-on? Can you enable debug mode and then check the log file? What is the code you copy and paste into the registration page?

    Hi,
    you need to make sure following things are properly configured:
    1. in Settings->General Settings,
    make sure you enabled free membership level and defined free membership level id.
    2. in Membership Levels,
    make sure you defined aforementioned free membership level.
