Membership dont send notification to the new customer

Hi, this is my problem Membership dont send notification to the new customers.
When somebody register in my web i have the system of validate first i check who is the person and then i active , my customer said the dont recieve the email activation i check the opcion send notification to the customer but dont work…..can u help me????—-thanks a lot

Hi can you enable the log and check the log file?

this is what i see, if i desactived the pluging the web fall down i really i dont know what happens, can i reset the pluging or to something else???? I got a screenshot from the log file but i don know how i can to send you…..
