We had a member log on and pay for his membership again for renewal, but for some reason his account status remained as “expired” even though the payment was successful.
Any reason why this might have happened? My only guess is that maybe he forgot to log on before purchasing the package? I’ve set up debug mode just in case.
But any help or feedback from someone whose experienced this would be appreciated!

Without any existing debug logs, that reasoning is “the usual suspect.”
