I’ve had the same issue 2 times. When a member tries to log in, the log in screen shows another member is already logged in. The log out option doesn’t work. I have deactivated the member now, cleared the cache, but even on a private window, I still see the other member is logged in.
Are you using any kind of caching plugins or server modules? Officially, SWPM only supports 4 caching plugins, as described in the documentation:
