Is there a way to review member login history, either by a nice looking report within the SWMP system or simply inspecting a log?
Hi, unfortunately we don’t have an option in the plugins setting to record the login history of a member.
Thank you
Then adding it is a major opportunity for improvement. I’d like to know which members use the service and which don’t, their frequency of use (or lack of it), and many other metrics that would let me manage better. For example: offering status upgrades to frequent user and purging free users who never log in. Please add this to your features-needed list.
Hi, I understand what you mean. I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your request.
Thank you
I have added it to our wish-list. Couple of things that maybe helpful for you.
#1) If you enable the debug logging feature, then there will be a log file that will capture the login related submissions. You can view this log file by searching for the following in the settings menu of the plugin.
View login related debug log file
#2) In the “Members” menu, you can look at the “Last Login Date” column to see when the member last logged into the site. That may help you delete some free user profiles that hasn’t logged into the site for a long time.
Thanks. I look forward to hearing more.
