    Is there a way to create a Member directory with this plugin? A shortcode?

    Hi, no there is no option to create a members directory. Currently there is this add-on that allows you to display information about a member.

    Does the member info add-on have the ability to display information about all members to create a quasi-directory?

    No, that is not the functionality of the add-on. Currently there is no option to display all members
