    Is it possible for the admin to manually reset a member’s password? I don’t see an option to do that.

    On the Members screen, hover your mouse above the member’s ID number and select the Edit link that appears. You can then change the password on the next screen.

    So I manually input a password and the member can change it after they log in using that password?

    Yes… Or, why can’t they can simply click the “Forgot Password” link?
