ParticipantHi,
I tried all the solutions in this forum and i cant figure out why it is not working.
After registration, Visitors have an option to upgrade their account for free with a button. I use the next shortcode:
[swpm_update_level_to level=”3″ button_text=”Update Level”]
After you click the button, nothing happens. It goes back to the page witch is set up to redirect to after login and also is the last page.I tried the debug mode but nothing shows there about the upgrade button:

My last guesses: can it have anything to do with the fact that i dont use the mail to confirm the account, or that i use the login page within an iframe on the homepage?

ModeratorHi, just to confirm with you. Did you follow these instructions manual-button-to-allow-updating-changing-membership-level?
Thank you

Participantthank you for your response. I found out that there is an issue when i use the code within an iframe.
I suppose that there is no way to fix this?
I’m using the code now without an Iframe.June 8, 2020 at 9:45 pm #20405mbrsolution
ModeratorHi, that is good news. Is your issue resolved?
Thank you

ParticipantHi,
this issue is resolved. I just dont use iframes anymore (would like if it is possible in the future).
Just a quick new question: Is it possible to upgrade a membership when customers visit a page (without a button)? Or do i have to make a new topic? Thanks for the help!
