Mailchimp Tag?

Is it possible to insert a tag on mailchimp at the time of changing the subscription level instead of a group?

Because I have a free user, but when I pay I need member users to be well identified within Mailchimp, while if they only enter a group, they would also remain in the free list.

I don’t think there is any “group reversion.” The membership would expire, but they remain “stranded” in group B.
