Mailchimp not receiving new members

I am unable to get the members into the Mailchimp program. I have the Add on program. I successfully added any api keys, etc. I have the exact list name entered. The debug file shows connectivity.

If you tell me to contact Mailchimp. What am I supposed to tell them other than the obvious. I don’t know any behind the scenes coding etc.

Any thoughts to why it’s not connecting?

Can you add a new test list and call it mailtest in your Mailchimp account. Then carry out another test using this new test list. Report back.

My apologies for the delay. I haven’t been able to identify a timeline when the data transfers to Mailchimp but it does at some point transfer.

Okay so you are saying that it does work. It just takes x amount of time before your MaiLChimp account populates, is that correct?

Yes. So far the time is sporadic and there is no way to know unless the member accepts the invite. Issues that I hope Mail Chimp will help with.
