Mailchimp integration – member upgrade in Simple Membership

Hi there, I couldn’t find an answer to this in the forum.

When a user upgrades from one paid SMP membership level to another, does the member also get moved to the correct group in MailChimp? Or is this something we have to do manually?

Coming back to this ticket after several months.

It seems from the logs there is a function to change the Mailchimp Group when a member upgrades to a higher member level however there is an error generated. See the log output below.

The specific error mentioned is “Error=400: The resource submitted could not be validated. For field-specific details, see the ‘errors’ array.”

How do I see the “errors” array to further investigate?
