    Hello,

    This is my website: http://ensassociation.org/
I have a page where people can subscribe my Mailchimp newsletter: http://ensassociation.org/empty-nose-syndrome-international-association/ensia-newsletter/

I have Simple Membership’s Mailchimp addon, but it doesn’t seem to work very well.

First of all, there is no message when I click on the “Subscribe” button, which is strange. The only thing that happens is that the email address written below disappears.

And, more important, I tried several different email adresses to try the newsletter. Some received the email from Mailchimp to confirm the subscription, but other didn’t. I followed the instructions of the addon, though.

    Could you help me? Thanks!

    If that helps:

I do not have a free level, only a paid one.

What I want is for everyone that visits the website, not only members, to be able to subscribe the newsletter mailing list.

    hi,
your subscription form is the mailchimp form. It’s a regular registration form, separate from your membership system.
did you copy-pasted it completely? normally, when an email is submitted, the user is redirected to a page that says “check your email”.
anyway, whatever your issue is, it doesn’t seem related to the membership plugin.
just try to create another list, for testing purposes, and embed a form on a test page. If it doesn’t work, do it again after disabling other plugins…
