ParticipantGot your Mailchimp integration.
Entered the API key,
set the Category to notify Mailchimp via the List Name,but never get the Mailchip list entry.
What am I missing?

ModeratorAre you sure the list is active in MailChimp? Can you enable debug mode and then check the log file?

The list – I presume – is active in Mailchimp. I see no signs it is inactive.

Moderator@Bent to activate Debug mode go to WP Membership -> Settings -> General Settings -> Test & Debug Settings and enable this option. Once you carry out another test, check the log file. Your log file will display all your plugins actions.

I copy the exactly name from mailchimp, don’t know what happen.

Moderator@hprajapati did you make sure when you copied the list name you did not add an extra space?

ParticipantYes, I did.
So I get a new API key, and take out the list name on the backend. Then I put back again and change other API key, then works now.

ParticipantWell I’m still having the same issue.
My log says ReportCrash: Launchservices/5123589: Unable to lookup core services session port session 0x186a0 uid=0 euid=0. MACH_PORT=NULL – and more incomprehensible info.
I tried re-API, re-enter list name, Nothing…
No contact with MailChimp.…?

Keymaster@Visionears, I don’t know what that error means. That is not something coming from our plugin. Show that error to your hosting provider to see if they know what is going on your server.

KeymasterHi Ben, yeah unfortunately I have no other lead. That error is coming from the server level as we don’t even have any error like that coded in our plugin.
