Login Required Page Settings

I recently copied a website from another domain that included the Simple Membership plugin to a new domain (same content just different domain URL). I have reset all the URL links for the pages in the Settings tab. However, when I click on a protected page it takes me to the “Login Required” page for the previous site’s domain.

How do I designate the “Login Required” page location when someone selects a protected page?
