Hi Guys,
Great plugin that is working really well so far. A quick question though:
Is it possible to redirect the user upon logging in, back to the page they were on before hand?
For example, If I have a post with restricted content on the More tag, and a link to log in. Once they log in, I’d like the user to be redirected back to the post they were trying to read.
I’ve downloaded the addon and can redirect to a fixed URL, but I am hoping for a more dynamic solution.
Can you help at all?
Thanks again for a great plugin!
Simon
Hi Simon, the plugin developers will investigate further your request.
Thank you
Is there any solution to this? It’s a pretty common requirement to have it go to the requested page after user logs in.
I understand what you are saying. We don’t have an option for this at the moment. We do have plans to add some kind of a feature for it though.
We have added a new feature for this. The following documentation has been updated to reflect this:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/configure-login-redirection-members/
You will need to upgrade the core plugin and the addon to see the new option.
