ParticipantI have the plugin activated, as well as the Login Redirection add on.
I have set some posts, called Knowledge Base posts, as protected behind the membership login — and it’s working well.
It asks them to log in and then takes them to a centralized login page — as soon as they log in, it redirects them to the last page (where they clicked on the login link) after the login.
However, on a separate group of posts, called Documentation, when a user tries to follow the same type of journey: They go to a post. It’s locked. They click Login, and brought to a centralized login page. Then, when they enter their username and password and click login, it takes them to a blank screen that has only these characters in the top left-hand page: ()
Nothing else happens. But when users then hit the “back” button, it says they are logged in. So the redirect in this instance is not working.Any reason why?
One thing I noticed is when an not-logged-in user is trying to access a KNOWLEDGE BASE article (which does work for URL redirect) and they click LOGIN, the URL looks like this
http://www.domainname.com/membership-login/?swpm_redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fips.5fc.myftpupload.com%2Fknowledgebase%2Fwhat-steps-does-your-business-need-to-do-in-iq-to-prepare-for-brexit%2F
However, on the DOCUMENTATION login, which does not work for the redirect, the URL looks like this, which as you can see, doesn’t have the content name in the URL like the previous one. Any thoughts?

ModeratorHi, could this be a cache related issue? Also why don’t you add another group of post for testing purposes. Then enable the same protection as the working group of posts named Knowledge Base. Then carry out a test.
Make sure you enable Debug mode before you begin.
Let me know what happens.
Than you
