Login page refresh issue

After entering the user credentials in the login page and clicking on Log In, nothing happens(Rather the data entered is erased). After refreshing the page, I see that I have logged In and I see Member Login page. Help me resolve this. I should me able to enter member login after entering the details.

Are you using page caching plugins or server modules? And do you see the same behavior if you login using an incognito browser window?

Issue persisted even in Incognito.
I was using LiteSpeed Cache.

I tried deactivating the plugin and issue is no more seen.
