Linking to protected page – log in and view it

Hi,

When member clicks on a link (from external site) to a protected page member is asked to log in. After login member is taken to home page. How can I send member to the linked page?

I was able to fix this problem. Just had to so some housecleaning after changing from a sub.domain.com to domain.com and force https, change custom wordings, menu links, etc.

Now my problem is the Login Redirection is enabled but does not seem to work. In Membership levels I have it set to go to Profile page, and it continues to do so when going to login page from a protected page login link

The site/page url is coming from an external site

ok. I fixed the 2nd issue by deactivating the custom messages plugin
