Hi,
We require our members to accept our organizations TOS when they sign up. Is it possible to keep a record somewhere that they accepted this TOS?
I think a simple column on the members page with something like “accepted TOS” – YES would be good enough.
Thank you for sharing your suggestion. I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your request.
Kind regards.
When you enable the TOS feature, users cannot register without accepting it. So if someone has submitted the form, it means the TOS has been accepted (otherwise there is no way to proceed with the registration).
However, I do understand your particular requirement. At this stage, the only option would be to use our form builder add-on whereby you can create a “checkbox” type field with your custom text. You can make that a “required” field so a user has to check/agree to it before the registration form can be submitted. That field’s value will be saved with the profile. It will always be checked (since the user cannot continue without checking) but at least the profile will have that field shown as checked).
