Issue when users login

The ussers of my website are having a issue when they login.

In their panei the username is not correct and they see the username of another user.

¿Do you know how i can i resolve this?

I was checking the database of the users and all seems correct.

Are you using one of the five supported page caching plugins?

And have you properly configured that plugin?

No… Im not using cache plugin right now.

I have the hosting with webempresa and the hosting includes a caché option thats activated in my website.

Could be the reason of the error?

Please see if your provider can turn it off.

Yes, i can turn it off.

I think im going to install one of the recommended plugings of cache.
