Is it possible to include variations to the final price?

Is it possible to include variations that add or subtract to the final price of membership?

I will explain with an example:

When someone is going to pay for the membership, the payment window can offer them to add an optional value. For instance, they can mark yes or not to receive by mail a monthly magazine. Adding this option would increase the membership monthly payment in +2 €. Or maybe they are offered to opt out from this, which will be -2 € to their final monthly membership price.

Can this be done?

No, this is not available unfortunately. You could perhaps use the following free integration that we have with the Stripe payments plugin which has that variable products option:

Yes, I have this plugin and that’s why I had this idea. But as far as I know, that only works for one-time payments. They actually have an addon for subscriptions which I would gladly buy, but they don’t have variations either for the subscription products.

Can’t this be done?

Isn’t technically possible to add variations to suscription plugin, either to Simple Membership plugin or the Subscription addons for Stripe Payment plugin?

None of them have currently this possibility which is available for simple products on WordPress Stripe Payment.

It would be very useful to handle Spanish VAT.
