Incompatibility with VIsual Composer?

My protected pages all of a sudden became unprotected. I ran through the troubleshooting and discovered that the newest version of WPBakery Visual Composer and WP Simple Membership don’t seem to play nicely together.

Any idea why? Anything I can do to fix it?

Given VC runs basically everything on our site, and probably a few hundred thousand others (since it’s bundled with many many commercial themes) it’s probably important that they work together.

Hi, have you spoken the developers of VC? If everything was working correctly prior to you updating to the latest version, that to me means that they did something to the code which is causing this issue. They should fix and patch what ever it is that they did incorrectly.

I have sent them a message, although I have not yet recieved a replay, and with them being the 500lb gorilla in the plugin room I kind of expect them to tell me “we’re right, everyone else is wrong.”

I understand your comment but lets pray that it is not how you say above and that they decide to look into the issue for you. After all it was working before the updated version and now it does not work. So that to me confirms my theory above.
