Impossible to register a customer after effective paypal payement

The problem is in the title.
I have deleted the plugin, deleted the DB entries, and all the pending pages.
I re-install the plugin, but after payement (it works, good !), I don’t have the register page on the screen.
I re-create pages with the shortcodes, but Nothing ! Same problem !

Ok,

After re-checked my email, I have received the Good mail to complete the registration. And it succeed, Good !!!
